June 26, 2026 Vancouver – Rathdowney Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RTH) ("Rathdowney" or the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its press release dated June 19, 2025, that it has closed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”), issuing 18,100,000 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) at a price of C$0.025 per Common Share for gross proceeds of $452,500.
